Acupuncture

The ancient art of placing hair fine tiny needles into areas of the body that helps to balance the natural flow of the body energy systems, neurotransmitters and pain relieving chemicals. Used most often for back, neck, hip, and joint pain, gynecological issues, anxiety and depression/PTSD and a host of other conditions common in Western societies.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular repair, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. This non-invasive treatment supports collagen production, joint recovery, and overall skin and tissue health.

Perfect for adults seeking pain relief, faster healing, and natural anti-aging benefits, it enhances your body’s own ability to renew and restore itself, safely and without downtime.

Guasha

A Chinese Medicine therapeutic technique that releases unhealthy bodily matter from blood stasis within sore, tired, stiff or injured muscle areas to stimulate new oxygenated blood flow to the areas, thus promoting metabolic cell repair, regeneration, healing and recovery. Often used for repetitive motion injury and athletic injuries or overused muscles.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping supports muscles and joints without restricting movement. Using specialized elastic tape, it helps reduce pain, improve circulation, and stabilize injured or overused areas.

This gentle, non-invasive technique can enhance posture, decrease inflammation, and promote faster recovery from strain or injury. Ideal for maintaining mobility between sessions and extending the benefits of treatment.

Dry Needline

Dry Needling targets muscle trigger points to relieve pain and restore normal function. Using fine, sterile needles, this modern therapeutic technique releases tension, improves blood flow, and helps reset overactive or fatigued muscles.

It’s especially effective for chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural strain — providing fast, measurable relief and improved mobility.

Cupping

A Chinese Medicine therapeutic technique that uses suction cups on the skin to create blood circulation to a particular area. The benefits include altering pain signal processing, the release of nitric oxide to increase bloodflow, stimulation of the immune system with local artificial inflammation, stimulating the lymph system and decreasing uric acid in the body. Used mostly for sports injuries and pain in the back, neck, hamstrings, calves and shoulders.

Chinese Medical Massage

Chinese Medical Massage, or Tui Na, is a therapeutic bodywork technique that uses targeted pressure, stretching, and rhythmic movement to restore balance and improve the flow of energy through the body’s meridians.

This method relieves muscle tension, reduces pain, supports joint mobility, and promotes deep relaxation. It’s often combined with acupuncture or cupping to enhance healing and speed recovery.

Electrostimulation

Electrostimulation therapy delivers gentle electrical pulses through acupuncture needles or surface pads to activate muscles, relieve pain, and enhance circulation. The stimulation encourages natural endorphin release and supports faster tissue repair.

It’s often combined with acupuncture or other therapies to deepen results — ideal for chronic pain, nerve discomfort, and muscle recovery.

Moxibustion

A Chinese Medicine therapeutic technique using a heated herbal stick called Artemesia Vulgaris. It is used for the treatment of arthrititis, bowel issues, breech babies and for sports injuries. Moxibustion is not meant to burn the skin and is used around or near specific acupuncture meridian points for efficiency.
